Using your CAT A drawings and our site survey notes, we produce a detailed CAD layout showing exactly how your new office will be arranged with workstations, meeting rooms, breakout areas, storage, circulation routes, and all. We design around your headcount, your growth plans, and how your people actually work.

Partitioning, Flooring & CeilingsFrom partitions to flooring to ceilings, we supply and install every internal element under one roof. That means frameless glass and solid demountable partitions (acoustic and fire-rated where needed), commercial flooring specified zone by zone — from hard-wearing carpet tiles and LVT to polished concrete — and ceilings to suit the space, whether a standard suspended grid, an exposed soffit, or a feature treatment for reception and breakout areas.

Kitchens, Meeting Spaces & Reception AreasWe create the spaces that bring an office to life. That includes fully fitted kitchens, tea points and breakout areas — with all the plumbing, electrical and joinery behind them — plus meeting rooms of every size, from informal huddle pods to formal boardrooms with integrated AV, acoustic treatments and bespoke joinery. And because your reception is the first thing every client and visitor sees, we design and install those too: reception desks, feature walls, branded graphics, seating and lighting that make the right impression.

M&E, Decoration, and Office FurnitureWe handle the finishing layers that pull everything together. That means all internal decoration — painting, wallcoverings and decorative finishes — worked to your brand guidelines with branded colour, graphics and wayfinding built in. Alongside trusted M&E partners, we coordinate lighting, power, data cabling, heating and cooling, and fire and safety compliance within the main fit out programme, so there are no delays or clashing trades on site. And we manage office furniture end to end — desks, seating, storage, meeting and reception pieces — procured and installed to your budget, ready for day one.
