Rhodes Wealth Management wanted something different from the ‘norm’ and eventually found a historical ex-farm building in the beautiful village of Brailsford.
Rhodes Wealth Management had outgrown their previous premises on Pride Park in Derby and had been looking for a new office building for over 2 years.

They ideally wanted something different from the ‘norm’ and eventually found a historical ex-farm building in the beautiful village of Brailsford.
As the building had been unoccupied for several years, it required a comprehensive refurbishment to ensure the building was suitable for office use.
ACI were able to create an amazing suite of meeting rooms on the ground floor with a large break out space and shower room, four offices on the first floor with feature glass partitioning and infills, working around the high ceilings and timber beams.
The project was completed in 9 weeks.
