Having outgrown their current offices, Top Cashback identified a new, much larger site, that would help them expand their successful business further.
After an initial meeting with aci, we identified the required criteria including a very large canteen / breakout / games area. aci started work and created a space plan for the office refurbishment to create the right number of desk locations, managers offices, meeting rooms, toilets and breakout space.
The design was made harder by a quirky shaped building, but we were up to the task! The conversion of the 9000 sqft office space took 10 weeks to complete at a cost of £120,000.
