The Brief
Farrow Walsh Consulting were established in 2009 and are a well-respected, design led, structural and civil engineering agency
Their existing Leicester head office was restricting their growth and they needed a larger office space but also wanted to move somewhere with a ‘difference’.
The Solution
They eventually found the perfect space on the top floor of a historical industrial unit in the centre of Leicester and aci were invited to tender for the space planning and t-out works.
After a few design tweaks the perfect plan was selected and aci were given the nod to get to work!
The works involved a large amount of electrical works, all done in surface mounted basket and galvanised pipe work, glass partitioning, flooring with a feature design and cushion backing and furniture.
