Work is now well underway to convert a well-known Nottingham building on Derby Road from an old retail premises into a new office for a respected Nottingham lettings agency. Work includes new partitioning, feature flooring and carpets, new showers and toilets, full electrical installation, suspended ceilings, air conditioning works and office furniture.
